Release of Legislative Proposals to Exempt Hospital Parking from GST/HST
On January 24, 2014, the Government of Canada released legislative proposals relating to the Excise Tax Act (Canada) that would provide an exemption from the GST/HST for hospital parking paid by patients and visitors.
