On February 26, 2015,  David Christian (chair and presenter) and Terry Barnett (presenter) spoke at a conference called “Tax Issues in Real Estate Transactions” hosted by the Pacific Business and Law Institute.  David Christian spoke on “Basics of Real Estate Taxation” and “Outbound Investment” and Terry Barnett spoke on “Taxes Other Than Income Taxes in Real Estate Investment”.
