Vancouver – Litigation Associate
Thorsteinssons LLP is currently seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 1+ years of experience for our Vancouver office. The successful candidate will ideally have litigation or tax planning experience and will thrive in an intellectually challenging environment which holds a unique opportunity for growth.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with litigation in various courts;
• Respond to federal and provincial audits, prepare notices of objection and written representations to the CRA;
• Provide impeccable client service and complete research and memoranda to form legal opinions that assist our clients in making business decisions; and
• Work ambitiously as valuable member of our team and efficiently use the resources available to advance institutional knowledge.
