Nicole Lynx is an associate working out of the Toronto office of Thorsteinssons LLP.
Nicole specializes in tax controversy and litigation. Her practice centers on assisting clients who are undergoing tax disputes with the CRA or provincial tax authorities. This work includes audit management, as well as representation during the objection and appeals processes.
Nicole also provides strategic advice concerning client prospects regarding their tax disputes and guidance as to legislative procedures. Other aspects of Nicole’s practice include matters such as, relief applications, collections issues and voluntary disclosure applications. Nicole has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal.
