Morgan is a litigation associate in the Vancouver office of Thorsteinssons LLP.

Morgan represents clients in all matters of tax disputes. She assists clients being audited by the Canada Revenue Agency and represents clients in disputes at the Appeals Division at the CRA and in appeals at the Tax Court of Canada and Federal Courts. Morgan is also available to assist clients that are being investigated for or have been charged with tax-related criminal offences.

Morgan earned her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. While in law school, she competed in the Bowman National Tax Moot and worked as a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Law. She completed a judicial clerkship at the Tax Court of Canada before returning to her role as litigation associate in the Vancouver office.

Prior to joining Thorsteinssons, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and was a high school teacher in Alberta.
