Gloria Wang is a partner practicing in the firm’s Toronto office.
Gloria advises on a broad range of domestic and international tax issues, including estate and succession planning, corporate structuring and tax-driven reorganizations, business succession planning, immigration and emigration tax planning, purchase and sale transactions, and trust structures for professionals and business owners. Her practice focuses on private company tax planning for high net worth individuals, families and owner-managers. Gloria also advises clients on tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.
Gloria is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP), having completed the STEP Diploma Program. Prior to joining Thorsteinssons, Gloria practiced at an international law firm. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
