Ian Gamble has written two articles on the upcoming appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada in the important case of Daishowa v. The Queen. The case is scheduled to be heard in February 2013. The first article is a shorter version of the second. The second article also examines the law in British Columbia, by way of comparison to the law in issue in Daishowa.
