Rob Smith

Rob Smith is the Director of Operations and Human Resources for Thorsteinssons LLP.

Rob joined Thorsteinssons in the fall of 2023.  He is responsible for the overall direction of operations and human resources in the firm.

Rob comes from an extensive background in human resources and operations in law, engineering, recruiting, training and business services.  While currently holding the position of Director of HR and Operations, Rob has held positions as National Recruiting Manager for a large engineering firm, Branch Manager for several recruiting agencies and Human Resources Manager for a large Canadian firm.

Rob is a member of the BC Legal Management Association.
