Kelly Hoeve is the Human Resources Manager for Thorsteinssons LLP
Kelly joined Thorsteinssons in 2017. She is responsible for directing and coordinating all human resource activities for the firm. With over a decade of experience providing guidance and leadership within the legal sector, her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, operations, practice management as well as talent acquisition and retention. Kelly has a track record of developing systems that challenge traditional models for legal services and employee engagement and has overseen the implementation of key systems and strategic initiatives for several law firms.
After completion of her paralegal studies, Kelly attended the HR Management Program at Simon Fraser University and is a member of the BC Legal Management Association (HR Subsection).
