Robert Carvalho was General Counsel at the Department of Justice since 1992. He received his Bachelor of Science in 1985 and LLB in 1991 from UBC and has been a member of the Law Society of BC since 1992. Mr. Carvalho specializes in high-value tax avoidance and GAAR cases. He often presented at Canadian Tax Foundation and Canada Revenue Agency conferences.
