Kristina is a partner with Thorsteinssons LLP and practices in the firm’s Toronto office.
Kristina’s practice includes domestic and international corporate and personal tax planning, private corporations, trusts and estates.
Kristina is a member of the Executive of the Taxation Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and is a former editor of the Section’s newsletter, Taxation Law. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Tax Foundation. Kristina has published articles in Global Tax Weekly (Wolters Kluwer), the Ontario Bar Association’s Taxation Law, the Canadian Tax Foundation’s Canadian Tax Highlights and Tax Litigation (Federated Press), and has been the regular Corporate Tax contributor to Carswell’s Legal Alert, a monthly national newsletter on legal developments for senior corporate management. Kristina has spoken at several conferences and continuing education programs.
