Chris is a partner practicing in the firm’s Vancouver office.

Chris’s practice focuses on tax litigation and taxpayer representation. He has extensive experience with recent Canada Revenue Agency audit projects, including capital vs. income reassessments (e.g., sales of real property) and net-worth assessments. Chris takes a detail-oriented approach and seeks to resolve disputes as efficiently as possible for his clients, whether through substantive success on the facts and the law or through negotiated settlements.

Chris also writes on a variety of tax-related issues, and his work has been published in Canadian Tax Focus and Tax Times.
