Sam Liang received his LLB (with distinction) from the University of Alberta and his Bachelor of Applied Science (honours) from the University of British Columbia. While at the University of Alberta, he was the recipient of several awards including the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society Prize in Corporate Taxation and the Alberta Law Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship.
Prior to practicing law, Sam worked as a process engineer at Aker Kvaerner Chemetics. Sam was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2011.
