Kimberley Cook received her LL.B. degree from the University of Western Ontario. She was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1987.

Kimberley has extensive experience in customs and sales tax litigation. She has appeared before the B.C. Supreme Court, B.C. Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal, as well as numerous appearances before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.

Kimberley’s practice focuses on customs and international trade, and sales tax.
